Olympia High School Drill Team, the Pepperettes, had a pack-the-gym event to send them off to nationals on Monday, February 6th. Senior Captain Ava Ford said, “I never thought in a million years that my team and I would be traveling to Orlando to compete at nationals because it seems like a dream.”

Ford noted her favorite memory of the drill team was “Going to UDA camp back in August, [because they] haven’t gone since my freshman year.”

OHS drill has had a fantastic year with performing at football games and some school assemblies. Ford also says “We love the support we receive from the high school and student body. We want to make y’all proud.” GO BEARS!!!
