At The Evergreen State College on Tuesday, October 11, the Bears’ swim team competed against Graham Kapowsin. The Bears took home a victory, winning 124-56. 

It was the seniors final match of their high school careers. Some seniors were gifted with awards from teammates. Onlookers and fellow swimmers cheered as the bears swam across the lanes. 

One has to wonder if the swimmers enjoy the cheers from underwater or if they are annoyed by it. However, according to sophomore Jancis Pingrey, the cheering is motivating even from beneath the surface.
